Whole-brain datasets obtained by using light-sheet microscopy in combination with tissue clearing. Each sample comes from a transgenic animal where interneurons of a selected type – parvalbumin (PV), somatostatin (SST), or vasoactive-intestinal peptide (VIP) – express the fluorescent protein tdTomato. Native resolution of data is 0.65x0.65x2 microns; downloadable data are downscaled to 10x10x10 microns to keep data size reasonable. Data are all from male animals, age P56.
