Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): The territorial climate-air-energy plan (PCAET) in Hauts-de-France

The territorial climate-air-energy plan (PCAET), a new name since 28 June 2016 of the territorial climate-energy plan (PCET), is a sustainable development approach focusing specifically on combating climate change. The Law on the Energy Transition for Green Growth (LTECV) has strengthened the role of local and regional authorities in the fight against climate change, including through the establishment of territorial climate-air-energy plans.
