Complete Genome Assembly of Candidozyma auris: Chromosomes and Mitochondria Sequenced with PacBio Sequel II at Instituto Adolfo Lutz, Brazil. Candidozyma auris isolate:LEIAL2737

This project contains the complete nuclear genome, comprising all seven chromosomes, as well as the mitochondrial genome of Candida auris, a multidrug-resistant fungal pathogen of global concern. The genome was sequenced using PacBio Sequel II long-read technology, and the assembly was performed using the PacBio Microbial Genome Analysis pipeline. This work was conducted at the Instituto Adolfo Lutz in Sao Paulo, Brazil, as part of a comprehensive study on the genomic landscape of Candida auris isolates in the state of Sao Paulo.
