Data for: Biosecurity practices associated with influenza A virus seroprevalence in sows from southern Brazilian breeding herds

Data from a cross-sectional study carried out in 404 sows from 21 herds. The aim of this study was assess the effect of biosecurity practices on Influenza
A virus (IAV) seroprevalence. The spreadsheet contains results of an ELISA to detect antibodies against influenza and hemagglutination inhibition assay (HI) only in ELISA positive samples (H1N1pdm09, H1N2 and H3N2), and data on exposure to IAV and two covariates ("N_sows" and "Parity_order").

本研究针对来自21个群体的404头母猪进行了横断面调查，旨在评估生物安全措施对流感A病毒（IAV）血清学阳性率的影响。电子免疫扩散法（ELISA）检测结果包含检测流感抗体以及仅针对ELISA阳性样本进行的血凝素抑制试验（HI）结果（包括H1N1pdm09、H1N2和H3N2型），同时记录了IAV暴露情况及两个协变量（“母猪数量”和“产次顺序”）的相关数据。
