Global dataset of <em>C. auris</em> genome sequences (raw reads) generated with Illumna platforms following a paired-end approach. Selected records were retrieved from the NCBI SRA database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/?term=candida+auris, accessed on December 30, 2022) through the RunSelecter tool. Inclusion criteria: assay type, WGS; organism, <em>Candida auirs</em>; host, homo sapiens; instrument, Illumina MiSeq, iSeq, HiSeq, NextSeq, NovaSeq; sequenced megabases, >190.
