An inspiration-off attractor supports the robust and flexible control of breathing

Tabular summary data and statistics underlying main figures 1-8 are held in `tabular_data.zip`. This includes a `dynamics.pkl` file which contains the fitted values for the dynamics and transitions matrices for the rSLDS models without needing to fully reinstantiate the SSM class. Detailed spiking, physiology, and stimulus data are held in `alf_data_repo.zip`. This folder is a self-contained ONE repository with a precomputed cache. See https://int-brain-lab.github.io/ONE/one_reference.html for documentation. `rSLDS_models.zip` holds fitted dynamical models for each recording. `_norm` fits included observations of 10ms and 50ms optogenetic stimulus pulses during fitting time where stimulus amplitude was either 1 (present) or 0 (absent) at each timepoint. `_nostim` is fit without any observation of the optogenetic stimulation. `inspiration-off-attractor.zip` is a clone of the git repostiory at https://github.com/nbush257/inspiration-off-attractor as of 2026-03-25
