SCIP (Substances of Concern In articles) Database

SCIP is the database for information on Substances of Concern In articles as such or in complex objects (Products) established under the Waste Framework Directive (2008/98/EC). Any company supplying articles containing SVHCs on the ECHA Candidate List in concentration above 0.1% w/w on EU market must submit information on these articles to the SCIP database from 5 January 2021.SCIP数据库（Substances of Concern In articles as such or in complex objects (Products)）是依据《废弃物框架指令（2008/98/EC）》设立的，用于收录物品或复合物品（产品）中关注物质相关信息的专用数据库。凡在欧盟市场销售的物品中含有欧洲化学品管理局（ECHA）候选清单所列的高关注度物质（SVHCs，Substances of Very High Concern）且质量百分比超过0.1%的企业，需自2021年1月5日起，向SCIP数据库提交该类物品的相关信息。
