Animal Quantitative Trait Loci (QTL) Database

The Animal Quantitative Trait Loci (QTL) Database (Animal QTLdb) strives to collect all publicly available trait mapping data, i.e. QTL (phenotype/expression, eQTL), candidate gene and association data (GWAS), and copy number variations (CNV) mapped to livestock animal genomes, in order to facilitate locating and comparing discoveries within and between species. New data and database tools are continually developed to align various trait mapping data to map-based genome features such as annotated genes.动物数量性状基因座（Quantitative Trait Loci, QTL）数据库（Animal QTLdb）致力于收录所有公开可得的性状定位数据，具体涵盖QTL（表型/表达数量性状基因座，即eQTL）、候选基因与关联分析数据（全基因组关联研究，Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS），以及定位至畜禽基因组的拷贝数变异（Copy Number Variations, CNV），旨在助力物种内及跨物种的研究发现定位与对比工作。本数据库持续更新数据并开发配套工具，以将各类性状定位数据比对至基于遗传图谱的基因组特征（如已注释基因）之上。
