The global dryland phenology dataset (GDPD) provides phenological metrics of global dryland at 500 meters spatial resolution and annual time step from 2001 to 2019. The phenological metrics are derived from time series of the daily 500-m Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI2) derived from MODIS Nadir Bidirectional Reflectance Distribution Function Adjusted Reflectance.Abbreviations for phenological metrics:SOS: the start of the growing seasonEOS: the end of the growing seasonAny questions about this dataset can be corresponded to Yu Zhou (zhouy.work@gmail.com) and Li Zhang (zhangli@aircas.ac.cn)
