Initial results from systematic gene search using OMIM

The 172 primary results produced from a systematic search of Online Mendelian Inheritance of Man (OMIM). Order of article position in search results, OMIM access number, inclusion (I) and exclusion (E) status following the application of evaluation criteria, gene of interest (GOI), and phenotype are recorded. Noted fitness complications refer to genes with roles in multiple biochemical pathways (pleiotropic), therefore multiple independent phenotypes are observed in gene knockout models. Duplicate entries are noted where present.
