Spatio-temporal Changes in Sediment Yield as Revealed by Weekly-Decadal Suspended-Load Fluxes in the Yarlung River

The dataset comprises 2 tables: (1) petrography data of the sand fraction, and (2) Sr-Nd isotopic data of the mud fraction, both obtained from suspended sediments. The data were collected during the periods of 2018–2019 and 2021. The sand petrography table includes sample IDs, collection dates (year and day), representative days designated for plotting, and the sand composition. The Sr-Nd isotope for mud fraction data table includes the sample ID, collection dates (year and day), 87Sr/86Sr and 143Nd/144Nd ratio, εNd values and their associated standard errors. These data serve to elucidate the temporal variation in the provenance of suspended sand and mud. The dataset is a supplement to the manuscript "Spatio-temporal Changes in Sediment Yield as Revealed by Weekly-Decadal Suspended-Load Fluxes in the Yarlung River" by Chen et al. (2026) submitted to JGR: Earth Surface. The data should NOT be used commercially.
