Immune cell distribution properties of the murine abdominal aortic aneurysm and normal aortas at single cell resolution

Inflammation is still a crucial factor in the development of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). The CD45+ cell population of elastase-induced murine AAA was deconstructed at the single-cell level using the single-cell RNA (scRNA) transcriptomic technique. We isolated each group of immune cells and subdivided them into multiple subgroups, enumerated the remarkable differentially expressed genes, investigated the developmental pathways of immune cells, and demonstrated their interactions.
