Draft genome for Tenacibaculum finnmarkense isolates from diseased Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) in Chilean farms

We present the draft genome sequences of two Tenacibaculum finnmarkense isolates, obtained from diseased Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) farmed in two Chilean farms in 2017 and 2018. This study offers the first comprehensive insights into the genomic features of this fish pathogen, isolated from a host with limited existing and cultured in Chile.
