根据公司在控制与被控制关系中所处地位的不同，上市公司可以划分为母公司、子公司、联营公司、合营公司。我们通常所说的上市公司不仅包括上市公司母公司，还包括其子公司、联营公司和合营公司等组成的一个企业集团。而历年来上市公司及其关联下属公司都会有一定变动。  为满足研究需要，CnOpenData数据服务团队依据数据使用习惯，对上市公司与其关联公司的关系与公司名称按年度进行了整理，发布上市公司及子公司名称数据，清晰列示了证券代码、会计年度、关联公司的名称、关联公司与上市公司的关系等字段。

Listed companies can be classified into parent companies, subsidiaries, associated companies, and joint ventures based on their respective positions in controlling and controlled relationships. The term "listed companies" as commonly used actually refers to the entire enterprise group composed of the listed parent company, its subsidiaries, associated companies, joint ventures and other affiliated entities. Furthermore, listed companies and their affiliated subordinate companies have undergone certain changes across different years. To meet research needs, the CnOpenData data service team organized the relationships between listed companies and their affiliated companies as well as the names of these companies on an annual basis, in accordance with common data usage practices. The team has released the "Listed Companies and Their Affiliated Companies Names Dataset", which clearly lists fields including securities code, fiscal year, name of the affiliated company, and the relationship between the affiliated company and the listed company.
