全民健保建議以血清白蛋白(Albumin)平均值、血液透析-血紅素( Hemoglobin(Hb)) 平均值、血液透析-尿素氮移除率(URR) 平均值、瘻管重建率（每1000人月）、脫離率 (腎移植率)、B型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)轉陽率、C型肝炎抗體轉陽率及五十五歲以下透析病人移植登錄率等指標作為病患就醫前評量醫療院所對血液透析治療的照護品質參考。

The National Health Insurance (NHI) recommends using the following indicators as references for patients to evaluate the quality of hemodialysis care provided by medical institutions before seeking medical treatment: average values of serum albumin, hemodialysis-related hemoglobin (Hb), and hemodialysis-related urea reduction rate (URR); fistula reconstruction rate (per 1000 person-months); discharge rate (kidney transplantation rate); hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) seroconversion rate; hepatitis C antibody seroconversion rate; and transplant registration rate for dialysis patients under 55 years old.
