This is a batched biological opinion and includes ECO records: OPR-2019-04081; OPR-2019-04082; and OPR-2019-04083 The amendment to the ITS extends EPA’s implementation period by three months to March 29, 2024. The chlorpyrifos ITS was amended to allow additional time for EPA to make updates to labels with food uses in response to litigation concerning the EPA’s August 2021 Final Tolerance Rule for chlorpyrifos that revoked all food tolerances and the subsequent court ruling that reinstated all chlorpyrifos food tolerances on December 28, 2023.
