This study aimed to investigate the variation of fungal community structure and function among different treatments. Subsequently, the occurrence rate and index of plant disease were investigated. Furthermore, the correlation bewteen fungal community and plant diseases was researched. This study revealed the fungal inhibitory effect of different treatments against plant diseases, which provided a resonable fertilization strategy for sustainable agriculture.
