The research object was the characterization of two enterovirus RNA-dependent RNA polymerases using multiplexed magnetic tweezers, to investigate snap-back synthesis and recombination. Presented here are <i>in vitro</i> measurements of the bead position during RNA replication. Bead position measurements were taken for 2 hours a constant pulling force of 25 pN at 24C at a camera acquisition rate of 50 Hz. Traces were cropped from the start until the end of the change in z-position, which was converted to nucleotides.<br><br>

本研究以两种肠道病毒RNA依赖RNA聚合酶(RNA-dependent RNA polymerase)为研究对象,采用多重磁镊技术对其进行表征,旨在探究回弹合成(snap-back synthesis)与重组过程。 本文展示的是RNA复制过程中磁珠位置的体外(in vitro)检测数据。磁珠位置检测时长为2小时,实验过程中施加25皮牛(pN)的恒定拉力,环境温度为24摄氏度,相机采集速率为50赫兹(Hz)。数据轨迹从z轴位置变化的起始点截取至结束点,该位置变化已被换算为对应核苷酸数量。
