Inline holographic microscopy through fibre imaging bundles. Fig. 5.
收藏资源简介:
This dataset and code demonstrates the change in resolution with depth in a fibre bundle holographic microcsope with partially coherent illumination. The sample is 5 micron diameter microspheres on a 1 mm thick glass slide. The slide was back illuminated by 450 nm LED light coupled through a multimode fibre with a 50 micron diameter core. The illumination fiber was approximately 15 mm behind the slide. The hologram was collected by a Fujikura FIGH-30-650S fibre bundle moved between 0 and 3 mm in front of the microspheres, in steps of 100 microns. At the proximal end, this was imaged onto a CMOS camera via a 20X objective and a tube lens, giving an effective pixel size of 0.44 microns. The file recon_microspheres_dist is used to create the images from the raw holograms, and the file analyse_microspheres_dist is used to measure the change in apparent size of the spheres as they are moved away from the bundle.
