Taking A, B, and C cities in Inner Mongolia as the core demonstration areas and radiating to the county area simultaneously, a total of 510 grains including rice, millet (or millet), and corn were collected from grain and oil wholesale trading markets, grain warehouses, supermarkets, etc. for the detection of aflatoxin B1, zearalenone, and ochratoxin A in grains using a fungal toxin test kit, and compared with large instrument liquid chromatography. Data results: The detection results of the multi parameter reagent kit were consistent with those of liquid chromatography, and the positive results were determined using liquid chromatography. 506 samples of aflatoxin B1 were negative, and 4 positive samples were taken from the grain and oil wholesale market in B city, with a qualification rate of 99.22% and a content of 5.01-5.87 μ G/kg; 508 samples of zearalenone were all qualified, with 2 positive samples taken from the grain and oil wholesale market in City B, with a qualification rate of 99.61% and a content of 66.77 μ G/kg, 68.18 μ G/kg. All ochratoxins are negative, with a qualification rate of 100%. The overall contamination level of grains extracted from Inner Mongolia by fungal toxins is relatively low, and the safety is relatively high. The multi parameter reagent kit for detecting fungal toxins in grains can reduce detection costs, improve detection efficiency, facilitate real-time monitoring, and ensure the safety of stored grains. This provides technical support for enhancing the brand value and market competitiveness of high-quality grains in our region.
