Dataset Kuantitatif 150 Petani Jagung di Limboto dan Limboto Barat (Lampiran C)

This dataset (Appendix C) contains the primary quantitative data collected from 150 corn farmers across two strategic regional hubs in Gorontalo: Limboto (Urban) and Limboto Barat (Peri-Urban). The data explores the impact of the 2025 digital reforms in fertilizer subsidy governance on productivity. Variables include policy literacy, digital device ownership, and systemic drivers measured through the 7T framework. This dataset serves as the empirical basis for structural prospective analysis (MICMAC). This work advances previous pilot studies by expanding the regional scope and sample size.
