The 311 database is an archive of reports received by the City of Boston's 311 system (formerly the Boston’s Mayor’s Hotline or Constituent Relationship Management), as well as a set of derived data and associated measures, including: the types of cases received by the system; the reporting patterns of individual users; and ecometric measures of neighborhood characteristics. Documentation of each of these files and their contents is also included.
