<b>Potential</b><b> Causal Association Between Metabolite and Small Cell Lung Cancer: Results from Mendelian Randomization Study and Functional Experiments Validations</b>

This study provides hypothesis-generating evidence for potentialmetabolite contributorsto SCLC risk by integrating MR analysis with functional assays. Although the findings should be interpreted cautiously, they offer a framework for future mechanistic studies and the development of metabolism-oriented biomarkers or therapeutic strategies in SCLC.
