ChIP-seq and MNase-seq of CHR19

Chromatin remodelers actively modulate ATP-dependent chromatin dynamics, and their activities and functions may be tuned by distinct regulatory mechanisms, including differential interacting factor or expression pattern, especially in multicellular organisms. Chromatin Remodeling 19 (CHR19), the Arabidopsis member in Fun30-subfamily remodelers, lacks a critical adapter CUE domain, and does not play the conserved role as its yeast and animal homologues in DNA damage response. We performed the ChIP-seq and MNase-seq assays to identify CHR19 target genes and explore CHR19 function on nuluseosome regulation.
