Oxidation processes in seeds and seedling of Malus sylvestris, Prunus avium and Prunus padus. Figshare dataset

biochemical_analyzes - biochemical data for seeds and seelings' leaves and roots after 2 or 3 years of storage under controlled conditions. Seeds were stored at different seed moisture content (ca. 5%, 8% and 11%) and in the different storage temperature (-3°, -18° and -196°C). We measured <br>TBARS, H2O2, Asc and Redox potential.<br>Additional csv file was added with detailed data description.<br><br>All data comes from study realised in Institute of Dendrology Polish Academy of Science.<br>
