"RNA Profiling for analyses on metastatic Tumor microenvironment (TME) in Omental Biopsies (HGSOC) to identify potential Biomarkers through Statistical Analysis"

This was Scientific Poster Presentation to analyse Research Methodological Skills by analysing a manuscript tittled "Deconstruction of a metastatic TME reveals common matrix response in human cancers". We were asked to present the most important technique (based on our analysis) incorporated, making this a successful research which gave promising results. I beleive that it was the process of RNA Sequencing which made the whole research having clear-cut depiction and identification of such genes which aided in upregulation or downregulation of such proteins which affected the sustainability of Tumor Microenvironment (TME) in the case of HGSOC (High Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer). This research was carried out at Barts Cancer Institute, London by an eminent faculty Prof. Frances R Balkwill and I titled my Poster as "RNA Profiling for analyses on metastatic Tumor microenvironment (TME) in Omental Biopsies (HGSOC) to identify potential Biomarkers through Statistical Analysis"
