Aggregated Usability Questionnaire Data for ZeroZero.pt Mobile Interface

This dataset is presented as part of the Master’s thesis in Information Science at the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Letters of the University of Porto, entitled “Critical Analysis and Evaluation of the User Experience in the Mobile Version: A Case Study at ZeroZero.”

 It comprises:

Dashboard Q1.xlsx and Dashboard Q2.xlsx

Separate Excel workbooks presenting the aggregated questionnaire responses for two user cohorts (Q1 - Registered users; Q2 - Non-registered users).

Each workbook includes both English and Portuguese worksheets to ensure linguistic accessibility.

All personal identifiers have been removed or obfuscated to comply with GDPR requirements.
