Oryza sativa Raw sequence reads

This transcriptome dataset explores heat stress responses in rice (Oryza sativa L.) across three reproductive stages (booting, flowering, grainfilling) using heattolerant (R28) and heat-sensitive (R18, Q3B) lines. Plants were subjected to cyclic high temperature (HT) stress (39C day/30C night) in growth chambers, with samples collected after 35 treatment cycles. Control groups were maintained at 34C day/25C night. Samples included young panicles (booting stage), unopened florets (flowering stage), and developing grains (grainfilling stage), flashfrozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at -80C. Biological replicates (3 for transcriptome) were analyzed to identify heatresponsive genes and pathways.
