To investigate the short-termed and long-termed transcriptomic changes induced by the RET tyrosine kinase inhibitor BLU667 in TPC-1 human PTC cells Overall design: RNA-seq was performed (2 biological replicates/each) on the parental TPC-1 cells treated with solvent (DMSO) or 5 µM BLU667 for 24 h, and three TPC-1-derived cell colonies (BR8, 10, 16) that were established from culturing TPC-1 cells with 5 µM BLU667 for more than 5 months.
