The next-generation sequencing datasets were employed for the analysis of the gRNA library in large-scale screens. Utilizing a lentiviral library designed to target sequences across the novel junctions derived from frequent exon skip of some genes, our study reveals the significance of a subset of novel isoforms derived from exon skip events in cell growth in vitro and in vivo.
