This dataset includes the code, results data, figures of the manuscript "Helicity-dependent optical modulation of polaron spin current in organic semiconductors". In this manuscript, we simulated the interaction between the circularly polarized light and the polaron spin current in organic semiconductors. We propse that the spin polarization of the current can be all-optically manipulated by the circularly polarized light. The work was conducted by the time-dependent Hartree-Fock method, which has been enclosed as Fortran codes in this database.
