Montelukast effect on mouse metabolomics

Metabolomics data from various organs from mice treated with montelukast. Organs/tissues were collected for metabolic extraction and mass spectrometry-based metabolomics using two chromatography modes (RP and HILIC) with two MS modes (ESI positive and ESI negative) on a Bruker Impact II QqTOF.
