Data for "iMyoblasts for ex vivo and in vivo investigations of human myogenesis and disease modeling"

Processed single-cell RNA-seq data and R code for the analyses in Guo et al., eLife 2022;10:e70341 

The datasets include a Seurat object with raw UMI counts for all genes in all cells; a Seurat object with some cells filtered out that also includes normalized counts, PCA and UMAP coordinates, and clustering results; and pseudobulk counts for each donor in various cell-types that are defined in part by this clustering.
