RBM7 regulates breast cancer progression

In order to profile the alternative splicing events that were regulated by RBM7, RNA-seq was performed on MDA-MB-231 cells which was used to generate RBM7 stably depleted breast cancer cells. And to explore how RBM7 regulated splicing target MFGE8, MDA-MB-231 cells stably overexpressed respectively MFGE8 long isoform (MFGE8-L) and short isoform (MFGE8-S) that were used for RNA-sequence. This study includes a total of 6 profiling samples, MDA-MB-231_sh1 and MDA-MB-231_sh2 were generated as RBM7 stably depleted MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells. MDA-MB-231-MFGE8_L and MDA-MB-231-MFGE8_S were generated as MFGE8­_L and MFGE8_S stably overexpressed breast cancer cells.
