Transcriptome sequencing of 9 eelgrass (Zostera marina L.) tissues

The LBD family of transcription factors play important roles in regulating plant growth and development. In this study, we conducted a genome-wide screening to identify LBD transcription factor genes in the Zostera marina genome and investigated the expression profiles of the eelgrass LBD genes in different tissues.
