The data set contains daily measurement of anxiety and depression symptoms and negative automatic thoughts from 145 undergraduate students. Each participant was sent was sent 63 beeps (3 beeps per day during 21 days). The data was collected at the begging of the COVID pandemic and has relatively low percetange of missingness. 80% of participant completed 54 or more questionnaires out of possible 63. unknown
