Broad-Scope Survey of Soil Bacteria in Tamarix chinensis Soils

This study investigates the soil bacterial communities associated with Tamarix chinensis in the Yellow River Delta region. A total of 28 sampling sites, selected for their relatively consistent environmental conditions, were chosen for soil collection. The research includes both natural forests and artificial forests of varying ages, allowing for an exploration of the impacts of forest type and age on soil bacteria.This study aims to expand our understanding of soil bacteria interactions in Tamarix chinensis ecosystems, shedding light on the potential role of microorganisms in the plant growth and resilience in saline-alkali soils.
