SCIENTIFIC AND THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT TECHNOLOGIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF GIFTED STUDENTS

The development of gifted students requires the implementation of scientifically grounded pedagogical support technologies that foster their intellectual, creative, and personal potential. This article examines the scientific and theoretical foundations of pedagogical support technologies in the development of gifted students within higher education. It analyzes contemporary approaches to identifying and supporting gifted learners, emphasizing learner-centered education, differentiated instruction, mentoring, individualized learning trajectories, and innovative educational technologies. The study is based on the analysis of national and international scientific literature, comparative research methods, and theoretical synthesis. The findings demonstrate that systematic pedagogical support contributes to the effective development of students' cognitive abilities, creativity, academic motivation, and professional competencies. The article concludes that the integration of modern pedagogical support technologies into the educational process creates favorable conditions for nurturing gifted students and improving the quality of higher education.
