Single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) was performed on immune cells isolated from ear and spleen cells of naïve, Malassezia infected (day 2 post infection), Candida memory, and Candida memory with Malassezia challenge (day 2 post challenge) mice. To ensure robust representation of TH17 cells, samples were enriched for CD4+CCR6+ cells.
