This spreadsheet constitutes part of the restricted access layer of DCM 2.0 (Deep Collaboration Methodology 2.0), archived under restricted access settings with an independent DOI. It contains four worksheets: respondent background data and field execution log (including respondent ID, explicit date, location, identity category, nationality, inferred gender, occupational broad code, and original field description); refusal index; exclusion index (both containing date, location, inferred gender, foreign/local status, estimated age, photo coordinates, and photo filename); and site reconnaissance records (including date, location, photo coordinates, and photo filename). Access requests may be sent to [e-mail] with a statement of research purpose and intended use; the researcher will determine the scope of authorization based on the nature of the request.
