Data for: "Silk nanoparticle manufacture in semi-batch format"

Silk fibroin nanoparticles are a promising therapeutic delivery system, with simple and low energy input manufacturing routes provided by nanoprecipitation methods. Here, we implement a syringe-pump addition system to reduce special-cause variation in semi-batch nanoprecipitation and demonstrate tuned nanoparticle properties. This work supports reproducible lab-scale nanoparticle manufacture for pharmaceutical applications, allows systematic cross-format assessments with continuous manufacture and aids in the transition from lab to pilot-scale technology. Raw and processed datasets shown as figures and results in the research paper and supporting information are provided in separate zipped folders. All measurements, equipment and software used in the research paper are described in the Readme file.
