Genome-wide maps of chromatin state of HDAC1 in gastric cancer by ChIP-seq

Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the gastrointestinal tract worldwide. There is an urgent need to decipher novel molecular mechanisms of gastric cancer pathogenesis, and identifying new molecular biomarkers and specific therapeutic targets is crucial for advancing and optimizing gastric cancer diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. CASC19 exerts a tumor-driving role in the progression of gastric cancer. Herein, our study found that CASC19 interacts with HDAC1 to regulate the expression of downstream target genes. Chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq) analysis was used to identify downstream target genes, thereby revealing the function and mechanism of CASC19 in gastric cancer.
