Transcriptome

Human prostate cacner tissues and their corresponding normal prostate tissues (at least 5 cm away from the tumor) were obtained from the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital Sun Yat-sen University. The Ethics Committees of the Sun Yat-sen University's Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital approved the use of human specimens in this study. The patients or their guardians provided informed consent, and prior therapy was not administered to any individual.
