Staphylococcus epidermidis B273 Oxford Nanopore Raw Reads

Raw genome reads of nasally derived Staphylococcus epidermidis B273. The isolate B273 contains a plasmid containing biosynthetic genes for Epidermicin NI01-like bacteriocin. The goal of this work is publish a publically available, high-quality genome sequence of this Staphylococcus epidermidis strain and associated biosynthetic gene cluster.
