We complehensively investigated the open chromatin regions and enhancer landscape of CD45RO+ memory CD4+ T cells from PBMCs and nasal polyps of ECRS patients. Overall design: CD45RO+CD4+ T cells were freshly isolated from PBMCs and nasal polyps and subjected to ATAC-seq and CUT&Tag for H3K27Ac.
