Search downstream effectors of Fezf1 and Fezf2 (CBX104). unidentified

To investigate molecular mechanisms by which Fezf1 and Fezf2 control forebrain development, we searched downstream genes of Fezf1 and Fezf2 by microarray analyses. We isolated rostral forebrains, which contain the telencephalon and the rostral part of the diencephalon, from embryonic day (E) 9.5, E10.5, and E12.5 wild-type control embryos and from Fezf1-/-Fezf2-/- embryos, and we compared their expression profiles.
