This study represents the complete genome sequence of a bacterial isolate within the NS5 clade, retrieved from Helgoland, Germany in 2016. HELG2018_AHE01FL_Isolate_genome_sequence

Seawater was sampled from the long term ecological research station Helgoland Roads (54°11'03 N, 7°54'00 E) on the 28th April, 2016. A total of 2.58 nanolitres was inoculated in liquid Haha medium with vitamins and incubated at 12 °C in the dark. Emerging from this inoculation was a strain (AHE01FL), taxonomically assigned to the NS5 clade. This study represents the complete genome sequence of that strain.
