Soil health assessment and cover crops for the Holland Marsh: Petri dish trial

As part of the \"Soil health assessment and cover crops for the Holland Marsh\" thesis research, the petri dish trial was an experiment to assess effect of seed priming on early germination was conducted. Barley, oat, and triticale were either hydro-primed, osmo-primed, or non-primed and left to germinate at 5, 10, or 21 degrees. The experiment was conducted twice under similar conditions and there were four replications in each run.
