Printed and flexible ECG electrodes attached to the steering wheel for continuous in-cabin health monitoring

We developed electrocardiogram (ECG) electrodes for continuous monitoring during driving and recorded the data in four different scenarios: i. rest, ii. city, iii. highway, and iv. rural. The recording durations are five min for rest, 15 min for each of the other conditions. The results show that the features of the ECG signal like P-, R-, and T-wave are visible. The data set contains the ECG recorded on the steering wheel and an ECG reference signal.
