Codes for replication of the article "Climate change's impact on real estate prices in Chile"

This dataset consists of a README word file that describes all the codes necessary to replicate the analysis in “Climate change's impact on real estate prices in Chile”, PLOS Sustainability and Transformation, 2022 (Authors: Karla Hernández, Roberto Facundo Luna and Carlos Madeira). The dataset includes two zip files with the Stata, R and Python codes necessary to format the data and replicate the analysis. Interested researchers can easily modify the files 3_1_TC_regression.do, 3_2_ARClim_regression.do and 5_Simulations.do to test their own models and hypotheses.
